Presentation & Poster Guidelines

Contributed:

Time allotted: 12 minute presentation, plus 3 minutes for questions and answers (15 minutes total).

Invited:

Time allotted: 20 minute presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and answers (25 minutes total).

Poster:

Poster Preparation: Before the Workshop. When preparing your poster presentation, please include the title of your presentation, the author listing, and program number. Boards (4 feet tall by 8 feet wide) will be available for presenters to mount their posters on, and tacks will be available for posting the work. Please do not print your poster at a size larger than 4 feet x 4 feet.
